Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Michael Bard has spent the last 30 years in the Northwest as a composer, professional musician and audio post-production engineer. Educated at the University of Illinois (Urbana) and Lawrence University (Appleton, WI) he now owns StudioBard, LLC, which is a full service music and audio post-production company in Portland, Oregon.

Michael has spent the past fifteen years scoring music for TV and radio, producing self-guided audio tours for museums and attractions, and acting as Sound Supervisor for many feature length film and television projects. 

As part of the B.Design team, he expanded his technical skills and now he helps to create web videos, custom media players, HTML and CSS coding for client websites and much more!
